Requirement
You send an item list, specification sheet or tender document by email, WhatsApp or the quote form. We confirm specs, quantities, delivery port and date.

Vetted manufacturer
We shortlist manufacturers in India, China or elsewhere that hold the certificates the product needs, such as ISO 13485 for devices and WHO-GMP for nutraceuticals. We check certificates directly with the manufacturer before quoting.

Quality assurance
Before dispatch: batch documents, certificate of analysis where applicable, and a pre-shipment check of quantity, labelling and packing. [PLACEHOLDER: third-party inspection partner]

Regulatory dossier
We compile the manufacturer documents needed for PPB (Kenya) or TMDA (Tanzania) product registration and import permits, or for your tender file.

Shipping
Sea freight from Indian or Chinese ports to Mombasa or Dar es Salaam, FCL or consolidated LCL. Air freight for urgent or temperature-sensitive orders. Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and bill of lading provided.

Delivery
